Prerequisites:

• Check the payroll deduction box in your profile

• For Aramco employees, your membership will be renewed (up to 2 years, depending on Boat Registration validity) and the relevant charges will be deducted from payroll. New cards will be mailed to your company box number so please ensure it is up to date on your HMYA profile. If you do not have a company box number, you need to collect your cards from the Clubhouse.
• For Retirees, JHAH and JV employees approved by recreation, please come to the Dhahran Clubhouse at 5502 Spruce Street to process membership renewals and pay cash on Sundays & Wednesdays 4:30 - 6 p.m. 

• You can only renew for partners if the partner or other member sends an email to the membership office authorizing the member to renew for him/her.

• If you have registered your boat on your own, please ensure the Registrar's office has updated your profile with the updated info

• • SAR 1,000 per member, per year for all fleets, except the Power Boat Fleet
  • SAR 3,000 per member, per year for the Power Boat Fleet
  • Note: The Power Boat Fleet rate applies to all powerboats, whether stored in a shed or not, with no additional shed fees.

• Boat registration services are available at the Dhahran Clubhouse at 5502 Spruce Street on Sundays and Wednesdays from 4:30- 6 p.m.
