Power boat owners must have a License in order to be allowed to use the power boat.
Required Forms:
The following documents are required from the owner/captain:
- CG Medical form completed and stamped from medical staff (JHAH or an approved medical clinic)
- Swimming certificate or Diving certificate/card. The broker may help in obtaining the swimming certificate.
- Letter of employment certificate in Arabic (to whom it may concern and no salary needed)
- Copy of Government issued Id card with copy of Saudi Aramco Id card on same sheet
- Three identical passport size pictures
- Copies of the new Registration Certificate and Operation Certificate or the valid Marine Work Permit (White book)
The CG office processes requests for the License to Sail on Sundays and Tuesdays only. If you would like assistance from the broker, then he will accompany you to the CG office however you must call him to arrange for the CG visit. The broker's name and phone number: Rashid - 050-685-1119.
The Captains License is issued automatically with the License to Sail.
