Services and Operating Hours: 


1. Power Boat Services (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

  • Perform onsite routine boat maintenance (Referred to in Table A)
  • Perform onsite routine trailer maintenance (Referred to in Table C)

2. Fueling Service (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)


3. Marine Services (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)

  • Prepare vessels for launching/return
  • Maintain log of services provided
  • Interior and exterior cleaning
  • Engine flushing
  • Return boats to designated parking space
  • Inflate/ deflate of towable tubes

ECM Launch/Retrieval Safety Guideline 
Pre-Tow Checklist

  • Check tire air pressures on the tow vehicle and trailer.
  • Make sure you are towing the trailer in a level position.
  • Verify that the lug nuts are tightened to the correct torque setting.
  • Check the trailer wheel hubs for proper bearing lubrication.
  • Secure outboard engines or stern-drives in the up position.
  • Remove boat cover
  • Secure and lock the trailer coupler.
  • Connect the trailer lights and check that they are working properly,
  • Fasten the trailer safety chains or cables and the breakaway cable.
  • Raise the trailer tongue jack and lock it in place.
  • Snug up the bow strap and fasten the safety bow chain or cable.
  • Attach and tighten the transom tie-downs.
  • Properly secure all equipment inside the boat.

Launch Checklist

  • Turn on batteries.
  • Check the navigation lights
  • Secure all drain plugs.
  • Back down far enough to allow engine cooling water to be picked up.
  • Set the emergency brake and put the vehicle in park.
  • On stern-drive or outboard boats, lower the drive.
  • Start the engine and let it warm up.
  • Disconnect the winch hook from the bow eye.
  • Proceed to launch.
  • Once the boat is clear, pull away and park.

Retrieval Checklist

  • Back the trailer into the water, but do not submerge it too deeply.
  • The captain should approach the trailer slowly.
  • Nudge the boat's bow into the center of the trailer.
  • Attach the bow strap and safety chain.
  • Raise the outboard or outdrive before driving up the ramp.
  • Clear the ramp area as quickly and safely as possible.
  • Reconnect trailer wiring, attach tie-down straps, lower antennas and secure the rig.
  • Remove the drain plug.
  • Flush the engine with fresh water.
  • Turn off batteries.
  • Cover the boat
